You may reach out to our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase or the most recent payment to submit a written email request for a refund if you are deemed eligible through the below parameters. We are unable to issue refunds on anything older than 30 days.

 
To request a refund within the 30 days of purchase, you must:
  1. Active Participation:
    1. Attend at least 3 of the 4 weekly coaching calls within the first 30 days.
    2. Complete and submit any assignments associated with each call.
  2. Completion of Key Modules + Submit proof of completion through screenshots, worksheets, or dashboard data.
    1. Completion of MFPrequel 
    2. Completion of MFP0: Entrepreneurship Mindset & Product Ideation + MFPD0: Entrepreneurship Mindset & Product Ideation (3 Documents)
    3. Completion of MFP1: Market Research & SWOT Analysis + MFPD1: Market Research & SWOT Analysis (6 Documents)
    4. Completion of MFP2: Ideal Customer Analysis + MFPD2: Ideal Customer Analysis (2 Documents)
  3. Proof of Implementation + evidence of actionable steps taken, such as:
    1. Ideation work (MFPD0.2 or MFPD0.3 documents).
    2. Initial research using MFPD1 worksheets.
    3. Customer analysis using MFPD2 worksheets.
  4. Submission of a Feedback Form
    1. Complete a detailed feedback form explaining why the program did not meet expectations, identifying challenges faced and actions taken.
  5. Additional Support Option
    1. Offer an additional free coaching session within the 30-day period to address specific concerns before processing a refund request. If this option is taken, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Forfeiture of potential refund is after booking call and prior to scheduled call date. In case of no-show, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund.

Terms and Conditions

    1. Good Faith Participation: The refund guarantee is only available to participants who engage with the program and demonstrate sincere effort.
    2. Exclusion of Intellectual Property Misuse
      1. Participants found to have shared or misused proprietary materials are ineligible for the refund.
      2. Active and past participants agree to not distribute any written materials, documents, recorded video sessions, recorded audio, or any other content related to My Founding Partner and affiliated products.
    3. Timeframe for Refund Requests
      1. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
      2. Allow up to 14 working days for review and processing.
 When contacting our support team for a refund please provide the following information:
  1. Contact us from your My Founding Partner account email or the email used at purchase.
  2. The name on the purchase.
  3. The last 4 digits of the card that is on file.
  4. The date of the payment.
  5. The dollar amount of the payment.
If you have purchased a “hard good” (for example, a book or other tangible product) from My Founding Partner or any related brands, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions (unless otherwise specified):
  1. Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase;
  2. You must return the hard goods to My Founding Partner immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund;
  3. The hard goods must be returned to  My Founding Partner in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in  My Founding Partner’s sole, reasonable discretion.
